Orlando, FL – October 26, 2010 – CoLab Orlando, a coworking space for the Orlando community, will be hosting their First Annual Halloween Networking Party on Friday, October 29th at 5:30pm-9:00pm at the Angebilt.    This networking event will bring together the creative minds within the Colab community while fostering growth and interaction between young professionals.

“With the upcoming Halloween holiday, we felt it was a unique opportunity to utilize the historic Angebilt building by arising the old spirits with the spirit of a new way of working- where small companies can collaborate to gain business with each other, and have a lot of fun while doing it,” said owner of the Angelbilt, John Hussey.

Organizations from the University of Central Florida will be participating in this event to gain exposure in front of cutting edge businesses, and look out for future internship possibilities.  The event will consist of trick-or-treating on several different floors of the Angebilt and include costume contests, Halloween activities, but more importantly this event will encourage collaboration.

The history of the Angebilt is one to tell and adds to the CoLab Orlando theme of “Where Orlando’s History Meet Its Future.”   The Angebilt was originally built in 1923 as the Angebilt Hotel, renovated in 1998, and located in the heart of Downtown Orlando new Central Boulevard in the Historic District.
